Returns
You have 14 business to return an item from that date that you receive it. To be eligible for a return at Dental Supply Inc, the product you purchased must be unused, still in its original packing, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. It will require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

Refunds
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we have received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it is in the original condition. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. Once refund is approved, we will refund it to the original method of payment.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping back to Dental Supply Inc. The cost of shipping is non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted for it.
